It may seem that FEBO in Amsterdam is simply a large walk-in vending machine, but their food is prepared fresh and hardly sits in the machine for more than a few minutes. Cooks at FEBO are constantly preparing fresh food and placing it in the windows. This was my favorite place to eat in the Netherlands. Serving typical dutch fast food with incredible dipping sauces such as their curry sauce, fritessaus and satésaus. Almost everything at Febo is self-service except for drinks, soft serve, and fries.
