Lamb Mini Burgers at Samuel Horne's Tavern

 



I stopped by Samuel Horne's in Folsom this weekend and tried the Lamb Sliders for the second time. Sliders are usually a waste of time and I rarely order them unless they are Lamb. These are easily some of the lamb burgers I've had and they have me looking forward to eating more small cheeseburgers at the Sacramento Burger Battle next month. These mini burgers are champions

In-N-Out Burger Medium Rare

Everyone knows about the secret menu at In-N-Out Burger, but most people don't realize you can also specify how you want your burger cooked. I get mine cooked medium rare with whole grilled onions and extra cheese & extra tomato. I've been going to In-N-Out more often since I found out about this.
