This cheeseburger was created using three different types of organic beef mixed together. After combining beef, jalapeno cheddar beef and bacon cheddar beef I formed several patties and cooked the burgers medium. After briefly toasting the bread I covered one side with cream cheese and the other with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Mustard. I topped the burger with cheddar, pepper jack, grilled onions, baby spinach, tomato, and avocado.
